Specification explains much about the workmanship involved in the project. This project has RCC framed structure and has involved vitrified tiles for flooring everywhere. There are lifts in each of the 33 blocks and these lifts are of suitable size. Also there are ceramic tiles flooring in the kitchens of the abode in Prestige song of the south. Very well structured and designed this project has made this landscaping high rise community an eye catcher certainly.

Song of the South project is a well developed project constructed with good quality blend traditional bricks along with the modern cement blocks where ever necessary which adds up to its strength ,along with RCC Framed roofing which would be covered by good fine Cement plastering coated upon with all weather suitable external Cement an internal wall with Emulsion paints along with enamel Panel for the MS railing and Floors are covered with Imported marble in Foyer living and Dining Area, with anti-skid Ceramic  Tiles in Balconies along with Wooden Lamination in the Bedrooms.

Electrical Cables are concealed with PVC insulated copper wires attached with Modular designer Switches ,Sufficient Power Outlets and Plug in points are provided with separate TV and Telephone point in living and Bedrooms ,Internet Point in the study area An provision is also made available for split AC  in the Living and all bedrooms.

Internal walls of toilets would covered with ceramic tiles for the rest but, Master toilets is specially decorated with Shower Panel, Imported Marble both on floor and walls with mounted with fine quality EWC’s. Glass Partitions in other toilets with high quality chrome plated fittings along with Geysers in every unit except the maid’ s toilet which has ceramic tiles flooring along with room and utility .

Door and window are crafted using both high quality wood. Entrance doors have wide Frame with 8 feet high polished on both sides where as internal doors with wooden frames and flush shutters. Windows has 3track UPVC/Aluminum Frames with clear glass provided with Mosquito mesh Shutters if needed, external doors are closed with UPVC/Aluminum Frames with sliding shutters.

Security system which is major need in current situations measures are taken such that each units have separate cabins for this purpose at all Entrance and Exit points with CCTV coverage, each of them having video Phone and Intercom facility.

DC generator will always at the service to maintain Power fluctuation, along with additional backup if needed provided with Additional cost.
