Prestige Group and Microsoft close to Sign in Deal for Office space in Bangalore

Microsoft , Leading software and Operating System development Company of the world is planning to Expand their Branches with an agreement with Prestige Group, South India’s Leading Real Estate firm . This  Deal is likely to be completed very soon as it is in the final stage . Although the Spokes Person of the Microsoft has not confirmed the talks he provided the hint of need of  large office space to group their core Operation and other major teams under one roof in the future for smooth operations. New Campus will seat 6,000 employees which was added in the press meet. Moving Forward this is not the first MNC deal with an Indian Real Estate Firm, Apple and Google has also closed some of the deals in Bangalore which includes 100,000 sq ft  office space for lease in Bagmane Tech Park Bangalore,  and a 7 acre campus in Hyderabad, India .

This is a positive Sign for Indian Real Estate as many IT firms a eager to establish their firms of a local operation branches in Best Location of the Country which includes Bengaluru, National Capital Region etc..  These two place have dominating share among the other cities which has collective 47 % lease share between them. Last quarter of 2017  has accounted 50 % of the transactions by ITITes firms .
